To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags and packaging. You must contact [email protected] within 14 days of receipt to request a return authorization before shipping the item back. Items returned without prior authorization are refused. You pay all return shipping costs. Items marked as final sale on their product page are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item passes inspection. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days from the date Hong Kong Gihe Electronics Co., Limited approves the return. This period covers inspection, approval, and posting by your bank or card issuer. You receive a confirmation message at the email address linked to your order when the refund is initiated.

PayPal Refunds

PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the date of approval. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Damaged or Defective Items
